The Target system allows you to optimize the operation of transport fleets.
The dispatcher is able to manage a fleet of vehicles, their types (with predefined parameters such as capacity, maximum load, fixed cost or variable cost), destinations and transport orders.
Based on the built database, it is able to automatically generate routes for all vehicles, taking into account orders from the selected day.Drivers in the mobile application can view all routes planned for a specific day.
They can take them, end them, mark other customers included in a given route.
If a delivery fails, they have the ability to skip customers and add notes.
Optionally, drivers can assess their own well-being and the condition of the vehicle.
The dispatcher has insight into the state of the fleet and drivers and can react on an ongoing basis in the management process.
The optimization algorithm tries to distribute the tasks evenly among the designated drivers, taking into account the time, fuel burnt or the total distance of the route.
The system administrator can view a number of parameter settings for both the algorithm and the application itself, which allows it to dynamically adjust its operation to specific cases in various optimization problems.
